The structure of the air spring

1. It is a kind of rubber element that is formed by vulcanization of cord layer, inner and outer rubber layer

2. The assembly is composed of rubber air spring, upper base, lower base (piston), and cushions after

being assembled to form a whole with a closed air chamber.

3. According to the shape, it is divided into three categories: capsule type, membrane type and sleeve type.

According to the sealing structure, it is divided into four categories: pressure self-sealing, rim clamping,

hoop sealing and hybrid.

4. The load of the air spring shock absorber is mainly borne by the cord. The number of layers of the cord

is mainly composed of 2 layers, and the product with special requirements is composed of 4 layers of cord

layers. The inner rubber is mainly used for sealing, and the outer rubber is not only for sealing, but also for

protection.
